2.Please be sure to check your spam and promotional folders.
3.Friendly Reminder: Live sales are shipped once a week. Please allow up to 5 business days after your last paid invoice to receive tracking information.
4.If you have multiple live orders during the week. THEY WILL BE COMBINED for Shipping unless previously noted.
5.Invoices are to be paid within 24 hours. *NO EXCEPTIONS*
6. Switching out items on a live is no longer allowed. Therefore, please make sure that the said item is the item that you want.
7. If there is a problem with your order. Please contact us within 7 days of you recieving your order. *Please note we will no longer honor discrepancies after 7 days of you recieving your items.
8. Please check your tracking information before reaching out in regards the whereabouts of your package.
9.If said items are broken; Pictures of the broken items must be sent to us via email or messenger in order to receive a store credit.
10.Cash refunds will no longer be given. Only store credits.
11.If you split up orders. Please make sure that you input the correct information when settling your invoices etc. We will no longer manually input addresses for split orders.
12. We are open 9 A.M CST to 7 P.M CST Monday - Saturday. We are CLOSED on Sunday's.
